Back in 2005, John returned from Europe just as i started looking for my first schutzhund trainer. What timing!! Having the highest recommendation from my breeder, Ray Carlisle, we started lessons with my first working dobe.

Until then, I asked so many dobe owners and dobe trainers how the Doberman trains differently. Getting many half answers I still couldn't get a complete one. After meeting John for the first time I knew I found the answerman. He explained so many aspects of how the dobe is different, that even today, 2 dogs later, I'm still learning the answer to the question i asked him 4 years ago.

Currently we're working with Scrapper, a 19 month old Cara male who just received his BH. In a couple of hundred more grips, half as many tracks and several more miles of heeling (by the fall?) we hope to be ready for the SCH I.
